FRIENDS OF SCIENCE NINTH ANNUAL LUNCHEON, WITH DONNA LAFRAMBOISE

The FoS 9th annual luncheon was on October 17, 2012, featuring Donna Laframboise, at the Metropolitan Conference Centre, Calgary, Alberta.

Donna Labramboise is an investigative journalist and author. She wrote for the Toronto Star and was a member of the National Post’s editorial board.

Donna Laframboise is author of “The Delinquent Teenager Who was Mistaken for the World’s Top Climate Expert”, an expose of corruption at the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.

The title of her talk was "The UN's Climate Change Panel: Activist and Untrustworthy"

Licia Corbella, Calgary Herald editorial page editor, wrote about Donna’s presentation, “After spending more than two years investigating just who is behind the IPCC, Donna came to the conclusion that the world’s “Climate Bible” is “produced by a slapdash, slovenly teenager who has trouble distinguishing right from wrong.” By the end of her talk, Laframbois was shown to be understated by calling the IPCC a delinquent teenager. More like a dangerous mob boss with a knack for fraud and hijacking. Time to lock him up.”
